After you have chosen 3 homes in category of first, second and third choice, our job is to then negotiate with the owner (s). We usually get the first choice at the budget provided.

We will not take you out of your budget and advise as to what is the norm for each particular area, we do not want to overpay the market, as it will not benifit anyone in the long term.
