As part of the San Juan Board of Realtors we want, to invite you to use our MLS (multiple listing service) program.  This program is devised to help you find what you are looking for.   Getting you what you want and desire, in short what you deserve is our objective.  The MLS program was devised to show you, the prospect the different opportunities available in Sales and Rental throughout Puerto Rico-- allowing you to compare before making a decision.  We will then advise you as to who is the broker to contact or take you personally to view the property (ies) and help you negotiate your Purchase or Rental, after all our objective is to "Help you make the right move".

Here is how it works:

1 - Go to :  https://www.listmax.com/adm/applications/mls_listings/index.php

2- Once in the Multiple listing page; place search by vicinity or price you are most interested in.

3-  Jot the MLS number provided for the property; call your broker and have him research the property or properties of your choice.
