CPM has created a flexible rental program that responds and meets each of your guest and companies needs.  Our aim is to service during the complete stay of each assignee’s assignment.  Short or Long term, three nites or longer.

Our mission is to offer a professional, yet personal service.  As a result our transferred employee or relocation guest has a better adjustment to his or hers new location and environment.  We want to provide a smooth transition, which will in turn provide you with a successful assignment during your assignee’s stay.

CPM has been relocation corporate since 1990.  We have placed ourselves to service the corporate client and their families.  We have been able to maintain clients for over 10years; in turn that client has referred others to us.  Our dedication and expertise in making a smooth transition to a new location and culture is impeccable.  We have maintained and farmed the South East coast of Puerto Rico, specifically in a resort community known as Palmas del Mar, Humacao, as well as neighboring vicinities.  This allows us to help you achieve a one on one relationship with the company and their transferring guest, as well as servicing until the full term of assignment.  Follow through is our strong point.  We don’t just get you the property; we stay with you through the full term.

We have assisted many large corporations and corporate stateside relocation companies in their relocation program retaining a high percentage rate.

As Broker/Realtors we will represent you and your guest in a fair and ethical manner.
