Rosanna Oquendo   is a Property Manager and Sales Representative with 12 years of experiences working alongside with CPM Realty. 

Rosanna is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her cheerful outlook and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard to succeed. 

She Administer an office while at the same time does property inspection and  Property Management.

Rosanna Oquendo is inspired by her principles of the Bible to always tell the customer the truth and help make the best decision possible.

Rosanna love to go with her family to the river and beach on her free time, and also loves to go around the island in her jeep.
